Job Summary
412 Plumbing, a trusted and growing plumbing company based in Bridgeville, Pa is seeking to expand our service department. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team that enjoys a professional, family-style work environment with excellent pay, no weekends, and an industry leading compensation program. We are currently offering Mid $30 per hr+ with up to 10% Commissions to quilified individuals. If you fit this decription then we would like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will possess Allegheny County Health Department Journeymans Liscenes or better. This candidate will need to be available for work between the hours of 7am and 6pm+ (Monday thru Friday) as our company books service appointments from 8am to 4pm daily. Candidate will also need to possess a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This candidate will excel with some knowlegde of field service software but training is available.
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, conventionial and tankless water heating systems.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions, prepare in field proposals and offer customers solutions to fix there problems.
Utilize 412 plumbing provided hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to make sure we are working efficiently to the highest plumbing standards.
Assemble plumbing components according to specifications and ACHD Plumbing codes.
Perform field service work as needed, responding promptly to service calls with clear understanding that our customer base is of upmost importants and we will need to periodically work out side of weekly work schedule to insure we are properly taking care of our customer base.
Ensure compliance with local ACHD plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
High knowledge of Plumbing systems.
Experience in field service operations with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to plumb effectively in various environments, including residential and commercial.
Familiarity with maintenance person tasks beyond plumbing is advantageous.
Basic carpentry skills are beneficial for completing related tasks as necessary.
