This position will work within our Commercial Department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Help maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate project goals.
Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
Assist in the procurement of materials and resources needed for projects.,
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of construction/roofing processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Our Requirements :
MUST HAVE A CLEAN, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Must be 21 or older to drive our company vehicles.
Commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction a must.
Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.
Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus).
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
1-2 years of experience in construction or project management is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
