Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the property, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing excellent customer service to residents. This role requires strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
Manage contracts, and documentation related to property management.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
Support facilities management by coordinating maintenance schedules and vendor services.
Maintain accurate records of owner communications and property activities.
Provide administrative support in real estate operations, including office tasks.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management.
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative tasks.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in office software applications and real estate administrative duties.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
