Taylor Fence is seeking a full time assistant superintendent to help with the day-to-day operations. Assist the crews load in the mornings, review work orders and get them on the way to the job sites.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial construction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer knowledge (Procore, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Positive and collaborative attitude with leadership skills
Able to operate heavy equipment (Skid/track steer, forklift, boom lift etc.)
Ability to lift 75lbs, work in all weather conditions on sites as needed
Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities
Reports to Superintendent daily
Assists Superintendent with crew and job oversight
Perform job site visits for readiness and call-in dig locates
As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed
Reviewing work orders, scopes, drawings, and submittals prior to job mobilization
Help receive material deliveries on yard and job site
Assist Superintendent and/or Lead Superintendent with the following, but not limited to: Managing and maintaining the project schedule
Managing daily time sheets
Enforcing all company policies and procedures
Attend meetings as required
Periods of overnight travel may be required
