Firm culture is relaxed and perfect for individuals who do not need to be micromanaged. Associates will have the ability to consult and work with other lawyers in the office.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team of legal professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in legal research and analysis, as well as a deep understanding of the law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to clients, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and assisting with other legal matters as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a highly respected firm.
Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues.
Provide advice and counsel to clients on legal matters.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing counsel.
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
