Hanaway Ross, an esteemed law firm based in Green Bay, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. As a leading law firm practicing in diverse areas of law-including Family Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Municipal Law, Probate, and Estate Planning-we are committed to providing exceptional advocacy and service to our clients.
We are looking to add a highly driven attorney to focus on Family Law and/or Civil Litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about client advocacy and is eager to build a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Provide compassionate, strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies.
Stay current with developments in family law, litigation, and related practice areas.
Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
3-5 years of experience in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
Admission, or eligibility for admission, to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
