Associate Attorney

Falsani Balmer is looking for an associate attorney to join our dynamic and rewarding practice representing injured and disabled individuals in MN and WI. Those interested in practicing law in the most "climate-proof" city in America should provide a cover letter, resume, transcript, writing sample, and references.

Responsibilities

Depositions, court appearances, legal research and writing, drafting and reviewing pleadings and other legal documents, discovery, meeting with and helping clients, investigations, appeals, witness interviews, reviewing and summarizing medical and other records, and second chairing hearings and trials, in addition to various other tasks as necessary. Every day is different.

Qualifications

Law degree
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin
Strong multitasking skills
Open-minded and curious
Efficient, motivated, and organized
Empathetic (customer service background is a plus)
Able to ask questions and for help

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
