Associate Attorney

Plaintiff's employment law practice seeks associate. Our practice is growing, and we'd like to find an independent-minded "go-getter" to help continue the growth. This is not a research position. The associate will perform substantive work and soon would be responsible for the day to day advancement of their own cases. The job includes client contact, drafting complaints, discovery, and law and motion, defending depositions and any additional tasks the associate wishes to take on.

The new associate will receive as much mentorship as needed.

Prior employment law experience is a plus, but not required. 1-3 year's of experience is best, but we are willing to consider a candidate awaiting bar results, as long as the candidate can work while awaiting bar exam results.

We're looking to hire as soon as possible. The salary will depend on experience. Benefits include annual bonus, health, dental, vision, and bar dues.
