Cate & Brough, P.A. is a boutique law firm looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our team with an associate position with a heavy emphasis on Family Law with some cases in Criminal Law and Personal Injury. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize a significant caseload. Our firm is fast-paced and client focused. This attorney must be a zealous advocate who is empathetic, compassionate, understanding and patient.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused and is able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Requirements
Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation will be based on level of experience. We require a minimum of 2 years experience in Family Law Litigation.
