Scott Clark Law is a full-service resource for Residential Multi-housing Property Management law. The Firm primarily practices in the area of landlord-tenant law representing clients in eviction proceedings, creditor bankruptcy proceedings, affordable & subsidized housing proceedings, fair housing defense of property owners & managers, and general civil litigation matters within this scope.

What will you be doing?
Appearing daily in court virtually, telephonically, and at times in person.
Accurately draft pleadings and correspondence for clients across various legal issues.
Communicate with clients regularly via phone, video, email, or other means.
Conduct legal research at the direction of clients, managing attorneys, or partners.
Review documents submitted by clients or in support of other attorneys and staff.
What skills will you need?
Reliable, client-focused, and capable of working independently.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, organization skills, and dependable work ethic.
Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
Ability to balance and address new challenges as they arise and an eagerness to take ownership of a variety of tasks.
Calm under pressure, keeping a level head through a fast paced environment, and being able to communicate with clients quickly and concisely over phone and email.
What are we looking for?
_Required Qualifications:_
J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
Licensed to practice law within the State of Nevada
In good standing with the State Bar of Nevada
_Preferred Qualifications:_
1-2 years of litigation experience making regular court appearances
1-2 years of experience in the practice area of landlord-tenant law
1-2 years of experience in the practice area of contract law
What do we offer?
Competitive salary $95K-$115K per year, depending on experience

The primary hours for this position are 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Monday - Friday)
