The Cahall Law Firm is accepting applications for an Associate Attorney to assist in litigating cases involving intentional torts, personal injury, small business and construction litigation.

The successful candidate will be eager to gain immediate experience in all portions of the litigation process. Enthusiastic, focused, and self-disciplined individuals with a desire to zealously advocate for victims will pleasantly thrive as a part of our team. Daily responsibilities may include:

Attendance at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial;

Preparing discovery, drafting motions;

Communicating with clients.
