The Law Office of Brandon White, PLLC is a small, but fast-growing statewide multi-practice law firm in based in Gilbert, Arizona. We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our rapidly growing Criminal Defense Division. We are looking for those that have experience and a passion for criminal defense who are Great Negotiators and Advocates.

The right applicant will have strong analytical and communication skills and know their way around a courtroom and be able to think on your feet and be adaptable to change.
The Job
Take ownership of a client's criminal case involving misdemeanor and felony charges in state court. Some of the most common cases include; assault, domestic violence, criminal traffic charges, drug crimes, DUI, and theft crimes.
Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies
Delegate work to division paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work
Felony and misdemeanor criminal cases: discovery, pleadings, and motions; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and criminal bench and jury trials.
Able and Willing to Travel Statewide as needed to assist our Clients
Ideal Candidate wear many hats at times. We need someone who does not think that the occasional need to scan your own documents is "beneath you."
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and in Good Standing
A min of 2 years experience in Criminal Law (Prosecution and/or Defense)
Ability to analyze Case Law
Must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public and to our Clients at all times.
Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations, but having interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude are just as important.
High-maintenance, humorless, self-entitled, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and need not apply.

Salary/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. The compensation package includes base salary plus signing bonus of $10,000 . We offer a generous benefits package including:
