Established Family law firm looking to add an associate attorney to perform tasks such as court appearances, drafting motions, drafting pleadings, discovery, and other case related tasks.
Prior Family Law Experience preferred, but not necessary. We will consider any experience level or amount of time licensed as an attorney as we can match the responsibilities to the level of experience.
Salary will depend on experience level in family law and time as a licensed attorney.
Must have an active Nevada bar license or have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and ability to obtain a Nevada bar license within a year.
