Since 1976, Mountain Kids has been a Fort Collins favorite-a place where children grow in confidence, creativity, and physical ability through gymnastics, ninja, cheer, dance, and preschool programs. We're proud to offer a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where kids can develop a lifelong love of movement and learning.
We're currently seeking part-time Coaches to join our energetic, kid-loving, and slightly silly (in the best way) team! Positions are available in Gymnastics, Ninja, and our Cheer Program. We are close to CSU and offer flexible schedules.
What You'll Do
Coach fun, dynamic classes in Gymnastics, Ninja, and/or Cheer, depending on your strengths and interests
Follow structured class formats and curriculum while adding your own flair
Keep accurate attendance and help with communication to parents and team leaders
Promote safety, confidence, and skill development in every class
Collaborate with our program directors to build an exciting new cheer curriculum
Keep kids moving, smiling, and loving every minute
What We're Looking For
Experience or strong interest in gymnastics, ninja-style movement, cheerleading, or related activities
Confident spotting skills and a great eye for form and technique
High energy, excellent communication skills, and a love for working with kids
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mindset
Creativity, fun, and a Mountain Kids spirit!

Expected Hours: 10-20 hours per week
