Associate Attorney
Do you want to help people during one of the most stressful times in their lives?
At The Texas Criminal Defense Group (TCDG), we believe that great lawyers are not just legal minds - they're also compassionate advocates, strong communicators, and team players.
We're looking for an experienced Attorney. Our clients are facing some of the hardest moments they've ever experienced. They need someone who can guide them with honesty, empathy, and clarity - someone who understands that being accused of a crime is not just a legal crisis, but a personal one.
Why Join TCDG?
You're Never Alone Here - At TCDG, you're part of a team. Our lawyers regularly collaborate on strategy, jump in to assist with trial prep, and support one another - no matter where they're located. We try cases _together_, share ideas, and lift each other up.
You Focus on Clients, We Handle the Rest - We have dedicated teams for intake, billing, transcription, and discovery preparation. You'll receive well-organized Discovery summaries and support so you can focus on being the lawyer your client needs.
A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats - We believe in shared success. Whether you're helping a client, supporting a colleague, or sharing a win, our culture rewards collaboration over competition.
Referral Recognition - If you've built strong client relationships in your current role - whether as a solo, at a small firm, or in another practice - we have systems in place to recognize and reward the value you bring when those individuals seek you out and choose our firm because of your reputation.
Performance-Based Bonuses - Bonuses are tied to results, client satisfaction, trial advocacy, and collaboration - not just closed cases.
