Job Overview

Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents as assigned by the ownership partner.
Motion practice, including attendance at hearings.
Taking depositions and attending mediations.
Communicate and respond to clients' questions and concerns promptly.
Work at the direction of an ownership partner.
Qualifications
Doctor of Jurisprudence
Licenses and Eligible to practice in Texas; additional states are a plus.
Minimum 4 years of work experience.
Willingness to Travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
