A boutique law firm in the heart of Old Town Bluffton is seeking to grow our team with the addition of a skilled and/or associate attorney to support our expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Once trained in our systems, the ideal candidate will be able to:
Conduct consultations and client meetings
Provide legal advice and answer client inquiries
Draft and review legal documents
Perform legal research (cases, codes, etc.)
Collaborate with support staff
Participate in firm events (as desired)
_ Note: Occasional same-day travel may be required. _
Requirements:
Licensed attorney in South Carolina, in good standing
Juris Doctorate (Required)
Strong interest in Family and Criminal Law
Client-centered mindset with a commitment to professional growth
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bluffton, SC 29910 prior to starting
Willingness to travel same-day up to 25% (Preferred)
Work Location: In-person; some remote flexibility available
