POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Immigration Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of individuals seeking immigration benefits or relief under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Recent graduate with Texas Bar License. No experience required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct representation to individuals in immigration matters. Legal representation before the Immigration Court (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and in custody matters before Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Maintain consistent and responsive communication with clients regarding case status and updates.
Support clients through the immigration process with professionalism, empathy, and clear guidance
Maintain and manage Immigration and Court appearances.
Handle electronic court filings (e-filing) and ensure timely submission of all legal documents
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Texas (required), in good standing
Strong legal research skills
Proficient in legal drafting and writing
Experience in immigration law and criminal defense law.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Job requirements require bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.
Able to pass a Federal Background Check.

All positions will require working in-office at the assigned work location .
Applicants must reside in the metroplex area (Dallas-Fort Worth), or be willing to relocate.
