Mitchell and Davis, a small but dynamic law firm based in Augusta, is seeking a highly skilled Consulting Attorney to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of law, including but not limited to:
Family Law
Personal Injury
Real Estate
Probate
Criminal Law
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and representation in various legal matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.
Collaborate with our team to develop legal strategies and solutions.
Work Environment:
in house This role is primarily remote/ in house offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location. However, candidates are welcome to utilize our office space in Augusta if they prefer an in-office environment. The candidate must be within travel distance of Augusta, Maine. Willing to go to court hearing as needed.
