Attorney - Lemon Law

Plaintiffs' law firm in Los Angeles specializing in civil litigation seeking an attorney for our lemon law department. Position requires ability to manage and prosecute cases, excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Responsibilities:

Manage case load of various stages of litigation.
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Prepare for Trial and first chair trials.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Assess case value and strategy

You will have access to paralegal and secretarial support, as well as law and motion assistance so that you can focus on strategy and litigation. The position offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and plenty of opportunity to grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
