National civil litigation firm seeking a motivated attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our team as we expand our practice. We represent thousands of plaintiffs across the United States in mass-tort and individual personal injury matters and our attorneys hold leadership positions in several high-profile multi-district litigation matters. Candidates must have strong experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and trial preparation. Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Experience in personal injury or mass torts a plus but not required if research and writing skills are strong.
Bonuses are based on cases which the attorney is primary counsel. In addition to salary and bonuses, attorneys will receive a percentage of common benefit time earned. No billable hour requirement as we are a contingency based firm.

Organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent research and writing ability
Self-motivated
Team player with a winning attitude
