BANK BRANCH MANAGER
North Pittsburgh-based bank is currently searching for a Branch Manager at its Wexford banking office.
Experienced retail and consumer banking leader of the branch team. Responsible for maintaining customer service standards while providing those services or products, as appropriate for the customers.
Motivates teller staff and supervises tellers to ensure adequate coverage and the delivery of quality customer service.
Ensures adherence to policies and procedures in areas such as compliance, security, check cashing, cash handling, new accounts, and all teller functions.
May serve as a mentor for training, providing constructive feedback, coaching, etc.
Helps to research and resolve problems.
Performs teller transactions.
Provides and leads a team to deliver superior quality customer service and a positive banking experience for customers.
Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency and ownership of all branch related activities.
Minimum requirements of the job include
3 years supervisory experience in a bank environment
1 - 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills with proficiency in Windows based applications
Handling customer service issues
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to occasionally lift heavy coin trays or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work Saturday mornings based on branch needs
Opening and closing of the bank and scheduling of branch staff
