Bi-Lingual Litigation Attorney - Entry Level
Antezana & Antezana, LLC, a fast-paced Montgomery County, Maryland law firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join our growing team, representing clients in Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury claims. Antezana & Antezana, LLC had been servicing clients since 2001, quickly growing from a single attorney to over 60 employees. Despite our growth, we have been able to maintain a family friendly atmosphere where we promote team work as well as individual development. We have a team of litigation attorneys to help train new associates as well as legal assistants to support the attorneys.
Responsibilities: The Attorney will work in the Personal Injury department in Gaithersburg. The Attorney will have a litigation case load of approximately 50-75 cases and will be responsible for drafting all court documents, prepping the clients for trial and representing the clients in court. Most litigation cases will be in district court with the possibility of some circuit court work. The Attorney will also be responsible for managing a team of two employees and reviewing cases in the prelitigation phase.
