Position Summary:
Office Evolution is seeking a Business Center Manager / Community Manager (BCM) who is a customer service and hospitality professional at heart. The BCM serves as the face and voice of our location-delivering a best-in-class experience to our members and guests. This role is responsible for consultative sales, location operations, member community management, and administration.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Inside Sales & Marketing
Greet prospective clients, members, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Conduct location tours and close consultative sales
Identify client needs and match them with the appropriate products/services
Present solutions confidently and effectively
Manage sales pipeline using HubSpot
Maintain up-to-date marketing materials
Support digital marketing initiatives
Proactively seek referrals and networking opportunities
Track and report on sales performance, goals, and KPIs
Promote new and existing services to grow revenue
Participate in weekly calls and team meetings
2. Member Relations & Community Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, prospects, vendors, and partners
Facilitate member introductions to promote collaboration
Plan and execute community networking events
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction
Assist members with onboarding, billing, and basic IT troubleshooting
3. Location Management & Administration
Oversee daily operations of the center
Ensure the space is always "show ready," including front desk, offices, meeting rooms, coworking areas, and the kitchen
Answer phones and manage meeting room reservations
Reset meeting rooms after use
Handle monthly invoicing review and light collections
Prepare offices for new move-ins/move-outs
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Order and maintain office supplies
Perform general administrative and front desk duties
Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Education & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, office leasing, or executive/sales support roles
College degree in business or a related field preferred
Background in sales, marketing, or hospitality is highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $48,000-$55,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional evenings and weekends
Incentives: Quarterly bonuses (10-15% of base salary potential)
