OVERVIEW:
Are you ready to take the lead in navigating the intricate world of licensing and permits? As the Licensing & Permit Manager, you will spearhead our in-house team, ensuring seamless communication with operations, management, merchants, external partners, and governmental agencies. Your role is pivotal in managing licensing programs across our organization, ensuring timely processing and compliance. You will also be the principal contact for our company business card program, managing credit information, limits, and employee support.

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Licensing Excellence: Lead the licensing application process for multiple sites, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained.
- Stay Organized: Maintain and update licensing information, ensuring all government-issued licenses and permits are active and compliant.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve compliance concerns swiftly.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary contact for complex regulatory matters with various governmental agencies.
- Audit & Improve: Conduct regular audits to identify improvement areas and ensure continuous compliance with evolving regulations.
- Credit Management: Oversee the company business card program, including credit applications, limits, and monitoring.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong internal and external relationships to optimize business operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate degree from a U.S. accredited Community College preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to comprehend and explain complex government regulations and compliance matters.
- Communication: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Research Skills: Excellent research techniques and attention to detail.
- Leadership: Exhibit leadership principles by training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Tech-Savvy: Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document management and record-keeping.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with discretion in handling confidential projects and issues.
- Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.
