Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to promoting health and wellness through effective instruction. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while providing a supportive environment for participants of all levels.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated.
Provide clear instructions on proper techniques and safety protocols while demonstrating exercises with an emphasis on anatomy knowledge.
Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging client interaction and participation in studio programs and initiatives.
Monitor participants' progress and provide personalized feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Experience
Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certification (450+ hours) is required.
Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is required.
Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics is essential for safe exercise instruction.
Experience in other fitness disciplines such as cycle, dance, CrossFit, or kickboxing is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients in a group setting.
