Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - Ongoing
• Shifts: 8, 10, 12, and 24 hours
  • 24 hour inhouse call OB 11/27, 11/28, 12/24, 12/25
  • Weekends it's 24 hour shifts
• The needs for 12's are mostly on Thursdays and Fridays as well as every other shift on those days

Clinical Information:

• EMR: MedAxion
• Cases: Everything except - NT, Pediatrics, and Neuro (may be added in the future)
  • CV is covered by cardiac team only
  • Includes: General, Endo, CV, OB
  • CRNAs do regional blocks and lines
• Level 3 Trauma Facility
• During the call portion it is unrestricted with a 30 minute response time
• Number of ORs/Anesthetizing locations: Approx. 15 depending on the day
• Support Staff: OR has anesthesia nurses and support techs
• Call: Onsite 24 hour OB coverage with OR coverage as needed if free

Required:

• ACLS and NBCRNA or ABA minimum
• For OB coverage at least one year minimum experience
