Job Title: Chief Engineer
Location: Home2 Suites Owensboro
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $22+/hr
Life as a Chief Engineer: As the Chief Engineer with Superhost Hospitality , you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and functionality of our facilities.
Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing the maintenance of the hotel.
Conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel.
Managing budgets, procurement, and contracts related to maintenance and engineering.
Upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address complex technical issues efficiently.
Team Player: Capacity to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in a chief engineer or maintenance role is required.
Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

In your initial phase, you will familiarize yourself with our hotel's engineering and maintenance standards and procedures. Working closely with your team, you'll actively contribute to maintaining a high standard of facility operations, ensuring a positive and secure environment for our guests.
