Child Care Center Director

Radiance Learning operates three preschools in Redmond, Bellevue, and New Castle/Renton (starting in Spring '26), prioritizing academic excellence in a nurturing environment. We are hiring a Childcare Director who can be a lead or an assistant teacher as well (dual role) to oversee classroom and program management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee center operations and ensure licensing compliance.

- Help run Toddler and Preschool programs.

- Teacher recruitment, training, and mentoring.

- Manage daily operations, including parent communication and scheduling.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of teaching experience.

- 45 ECE credits (MERIT status updated).

- Good leadership and organizational skills.

- CPR/First Aid certified, able to lift 40 lbs, and meet WA state licensing requirements.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
