About us
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney (with a minimum 5 years experience) to assist on a Contract basis. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in civil litigation, including trial experience, and be able to provide strategic advice and counsel to clients. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement strategies for the successful resolution of cases, as well as provide representation in court proceedings with the assistance of senior counsel. The Litigation Attorney must also have excellent communication and research skills.
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Research and analyze legal issues.
Conduct discovery and depositions.
Advise clients on legal matters.
Negotiate settlements.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $120 -$140 per hour
