One Criminal Defense Attorney with 3-5 years of courtroom trial experience

Position 1: Criminal Defense Trial Attorney
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all stages of criminal proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, motion practice, trials, and sentencing
Develop customized defense strategies based on case specifics
Conduct thorough legal research and evidence review
Negotiate plea agreements and alternative resolutions when appropriate
Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Provide clear legal counsel and support to clients
Work closely with investigators, experts, and legal support staff
Maintain strong relationships with clients, prosecutors, court staff, and other stakeholders
Stay informed on changes in criminal law and procedure
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Colorado
3-5 years of experience in either criminal trial law
Strong trial presence and courtroom skills
Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
