Are you interested? We're looking for our next Customs Specialist to join our Customs department in Champlain, Port-Huron, Derby-Line.

Your main tasks will be to :
Process files awaiting review for quality control
Create and maintain customer databases to ensure customs release
Confirm released files within prescribed deadlines
Respond to customer requests
Keep customer profiles up to date
Resolve problems in collaboration with various departments.
Communicate with customers to advise of missing information
Participate in the integration of new customers
What we're looking for:
You have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder.
You have a broker's License
You are customer oriented and professional: answer the customer's and teams' needs and expectations
You are a team player, good communicator and have a good judgment
You are autonomous, proactive and pay attention to detail
You like teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
