Job Title: Of Counsel - Estate Planning Attorney

Overview:
Estate Planning Legal Services, P.C., an established law firm specializing in probate, estate planning, and elder care law, is seeking an experienced and licensed attorney in good standing to join our team in an _Of Counsel_ capacity. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable out-of-state firm while serving clients locally with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct public seminars and educational workshops on estate planning topics
Conduct client consultations, including in-home meetings as needed
Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Advise clients on elder care and Medicaid planning
Handle probate and trust administration matters
Collaborate with firm leadership and support staff remotely
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in CO
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in estate planning required
Confident and professional orator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to meet clients in their homes when necessary
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with remote support
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $71,113.36 - $85,641.89 per year
