We're looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to handle client signings in the South Bay.
What You'll Do:
Conduct estate planning signings in various South Bay locations
Be available for 21 hours of client meetings per week
Cover some evenings and 1 weekend day per month
Enjoy flexibility the rest of the week - structure your days how you like
Some attorneys prefer more breaks
Others like to finish appointments and head home

Key Responsibilities:
Help clients sign and notarize their estate plans, make edits to drafts, and provide outstanding support throughout the process.
Collaborate with a notary/administrative team member to ensure smooth client interactions.
Support the team through tasks such as email communication, deed research, and addressing unexpected needs.
Work closely with attorneys during onboarding and plan to confidently manage client interactions independently within a few weeks.
Attorneys in the firm are always available for questions and guidance.
Requirements:
Great people skills with a go-with-the-flow attitude.
Entry-level candidates welcome; experience in estate planning, trust administration, or related areas preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Organized, autonomous, and team-oriented with a high work ethic.
California Bar license and a persuasive cover letter required.
Willingness to become a notary; second language highly preferred (Spanish or Mandarin).
