What We're Looking For:
A CA licensed Attorney with litigation experience in Employment Law.
A passion for advocating for clients in matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A team player who is eager to collaborate and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Provide legal advice and guidance to employers and employees on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Review employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and negotiate settlements.
Represent clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, or NLRB.
Collaborate with colleagues to strategize case approaches and achieve client objectives.
Stay current on changes in employment laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely counsel.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in California.
3+ years of experience practicing Employment Law.
Proven litigation experience, including handling cases from inception to resolution.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
A client-focused attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
