Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5 to 15 years experience in Ontario, California. This candidate will handle all types of personal injury litigation matters including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, etc.
Duties
Represent clients in personal injury litigation matters
Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
5 to 15 years of litigation experience.
Proven track record in personal injury litigation cases
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of successful settlements.
Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Commitment to professional stability and growth.
Speaking Spanish is a plus

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
