Responsibilities
Apply high-quality eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client safety and comfort.
Provide exceptional guest services, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
Manage client appointments effectively, ensuring timely service delivery while maintaining high standards.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficient in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of color theory and its application in beauty services is a plus.
Ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage clients in retail sales.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple client appointments.
