Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Shift/Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6 (Some weekends and some overtime)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Associate to support the Property & Facilities Management team. This role involves overseeing activities related to client, vendor, and contractor coordination, with a focus on ensuring the timely completion of work orders. The position is highly active, requiring frequent walkthroughs across large commercial spaces.

Typical Working Day:

Monitor and manage the proprietary ticketing system

Walk through a 500,000 sq. ft. facility to identify maintenance needs

Enter and manage preventive maintenance tickets

Ensure every floor is inspected weekly to meet KPIs

Identify issues and escalate accordingly

Maintain white glove service standards (no hands-on repair work)

Serve as a liaison for managing tasks, not performing them directly

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

Professional demeanor and formal office experience (not a startup)

Business attire is required daily

Strong computer skills and adaptability to digital systems

Basic understanding of facilities operations

Prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality environments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with NYC-specific building trades (carpentry, electrical, etc.)

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Software Skills:

Proficient and adaptable with computers and facility systems
