Family Law Attorney

Graham Family Law is an established family law firm seeking an experienced and passionate attorney to represent clients through challenging life transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and finalize legal documents for divorces, child custody/support cases, prenuptial agreements, and related matters.
Handle complex issues, including child abuse, custody disputes, and domestic violence cases.
Negotiate and litigate on behalf of clients in family law matters.
Prepare clients for hearings and trials.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Provide exceptional client service and manage an active caseload.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of family law experience in Texas.
Strong research, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in case management software (e.g., MyCase, CLIO) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
Candidates with prior military service are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary:

Salary starting at $130,000 and commensurate with experience.
