Position Details: This is a remote position; however, it requires the ability to commute to Seattle and surrounding counties for court appearances and occasional in-person client meetings when needed. While we have physical office locations, flexibility to work from home is a key feature of this role.
What We Offer:
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000- Based on Experience
Experience Bonus: Earn additional compensation when exceeding 1,600 billable hours per year

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3-5 years handling family law including mediation and trial experience.
Self-Sufficient: Thrives in an independent work environment without extensive supervision.
Growth-Oriented: Motivated by long-term career growth and a clear partnership path.
Location Flexibility: Able to work remotely but willing to travel to Seattle and nearby counties for court and client meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage cases independently from start to finish , including client intake, signing, and relationship management.
Handle the full litigation cycle , including mediation and trial.
Work with minimal supervision , embracing our hands-off, supportive management style.
Collaborate with paralegals on case preparation.
Ensure the highest quality of legal services delivered by the firm.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in family law.
Licensed to practice in Washington State (American Bar Association - WA).
US Work Authorization is required.
