Outpatient-only coverage in Kentucky with light volume, no call, and credentialing under 10 days.

Highlights

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule only
• No call, no OB, no weekends
• Contract through July 2026 with extension possible
• Credentialing in 7-10 days

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic for adults (18+)
• On-site medication dispensary (experience preferred)
• Support from dedicated CMA and LPN
• EPIC charting system

Schedule

• Mondays: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch daily

Cases and Procedures

• General primary care only
• Medication dispensing (license required)
• No occupational medicine

Requirements

• Active Kentucky license and DEA
• BLS certification required

Other Details

• Local candidates preferred; no travel coverage
• Low patient volume: 12-15 patients per day
