Kind Pest Control seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team! The technician will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and applying appropriate treatments to eliminate and prevent pest problems. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of pest control methods, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pests and infestations.
Identify and diagnose pest-related issues and determine the best course of action.
Apply pesticides, traps, baits, and other pest control measures safely and effectively.
Educate customers on preventative measures and provide recommendations to avoid future infestations.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, treatments applied, and materials used.
Follow all safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control.
Communicate effectively with customers and address their concerns or questions.
Maintain and clean pest control equipment and company vehicle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pest control techniques.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching.
Comfortable working in various conditions, including tight spaces and heights.
