Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join our growing legal team and head our foreclosure department at our Monmouth County, New Jersey office . In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a critical role in managing the foreclosure process from start to finish. You'll work closely with attorneys, clients, and third-party professionals to ensure compliance with foreclosure laws while delivering outstanding legal service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of the foreclosure process from initiation through resolution
Ensure full compliance with applicable New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania foreclosure laws and procedures
Draft, review, and manage legal documents and filings with precision
Collaborate with legal teams, clients, courts, and third-party vendors
Oversee case timelines and manage competing priorities effectively
Provide expert guidance on foreclosure strategy and best practices
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey (required)
Active license to practice law in the state of New York and/or Pennsylvania (preferred)
Minimum five years of experience in foreclosure law or related legal fields
Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania foreclosure statutes and court procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple files simultaneously
Proficiency with foreclosure platforms and legal software, including:
Provantage
CaseMax
LexisNexis
