Job Summary:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a well-rounded skilled carpenters, concrete finishers, and project Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high levels of attention to detail, ensure high-quality workmanship in every task while adhering to project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Selective demolition, framing, metal stud framing, siding, windows, interior finish work, standing seam roofing, concrete work, steel erection, and etc.
- ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with project managers/superintendents/subcontractors/owners to ensure project scheduling, coordination of sequencing, safety inspections, and etc.
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols
