We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent across various departments.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate assessments.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Engage in executive recruiting and campus recruitment initiatives to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Foster relationships with candidates through effective communication and negotiation skills throughout the hiring process.
Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist with employee evaluation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Stay informed about employment & labor laws to ensure compliance during the recruiting process.
Utilize HRIS tools for managing employee data and onboarding processes.
Participate in training & development initiatives to enhance recruiting strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Experience
Proven experience in recruiting across various functions, including technical recruiting, internal recruiting, and sales roles.
Strong understanding of talent management principles and succession planning strategies.
Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and cold calling methods to generate leads for potential candidates.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in social media management for employer branding purposes and lead generation activities.
Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
