seeking an experienced Granite Fabricator (Shop Fabricator) to help us deliver worldclass
craftsmanship for our clients.

What You ll Do
As a Granite Fabricator with CounterTop Solutions, you ll play a hands-on role in shaping
and finishing natural stone to perfection. This is not just polishing work we re looking
for true craftsmen who understand the full scope of fabrication.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting job tickets and templates for accurate cuts and layouts.
• Operating fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, polishers, and hand tools.
• Performing edge detailing, shaping, and finishing without over-reliance on machines.
• Completing high-quality stone repairs and adjustments with precision.
• Safely lifting and maneuvering slabs (up to 40 lbs. independently; team lifts for
  heavier pieces).
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and uphold company quality standards.

What We re Looking For
We re seeking individuals who bring skill, professionalism, and pride in their craft.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience as a Granite Fabricator or Foreman in a stone fabrication shop.
• Strong working knowledge of natural stone materials and fabrication processes.
• Ability to use grinders, saws, and other shop tools safely and effectively.
• Skill in edge detailing, shaping, and hand-finishing.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.).
• Dependability, attention to detail, and team-oriented work ethic.
• A professional appearance and commitment to safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $17/hour (higher pay available based on experience and skill).
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM.
• Summer hours: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM to beat the heat!
• Paid vacation
• Quarterly profit sharing bonuses
