Head Varsity Softball Coach

St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System is seeking a dedicated Head Varsity Softball Coach for the season.

Position Details:

Season Dates: March - June, 2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday, late afternoons, occasional weekends, and travel to away matches.

Application Requirements: Submit a resume highlighting specific softball coaching experiences.

Responsibilities:

Inspire, motivate, encourage and develop each student athlete
Teach proper techniques, rules, and strategies of softball
Model sportsmanship and uphold values of our school system.
Lead and grow an interscholastic program rooted in educational-based principals for athletics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of softball strategies and coaching methods required
Previous softball coaching experience, preferably in an educational setting
Ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, parents and community

Compensation: Nominal stipend
