Healthcare Recruiter - $22/hr + Commission (In-Office Only)

ESP Personnel is hiring an experienced recruiter or sales professional to join our in-office healthcare staffing team. If you're motivated by commissions, comfortable making outbound calls, and have experience in recruiting or high-volume sales , we want to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or outbound sales
Strong phone, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Applicants without prior recruiting or sales experience will not be considered.

Job Duties:

Source and recruit healthcare professionals for contract roles
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and text
Review resumes, manage candidate pipelines, and hit hiring goals
Maintain organized records using internal systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
