About the Role
Coast is an industry-leading healthcare staffing company placing travel nurses and allied professionals at facilities nationwide. We're hiring driven, high-energy recruiters and sales people to help us scale our national travel healthcare staffing division. You'll recruit and manage travel nurses and allied health professionals for roles across the U.S., including hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health organizations, and school districts.
This is a mostly remote position with quarterly in-person team meetings for collaboration and training. You'll work closely with our internal Account Management and Compliance teams to drive high-volume placements and build long-term relationships with your travelers.
What You'll Do
Source qualified clinicians through inbound leads, database outreach, and creative outbound sourcing
Build quick rapport with candidates and identify their goals, motivators, and ideal placements
Sell open jobs persuasively and craft strong submittal packets
Coordinate with Account Managers to navigate interviews and offers
Partner with Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future needs
Foster long-term, trusting relationships with your travelers to drive redeployments and referrals
Take full ownership of your pipeline and grow your personal book of business
What We're Looking For
Experience
Background of winning in sales or performance-driven roles
Healthcare staffing experience only if you've worked a full desk (clients + candidates)
Proven ability to be a top performer in any environment
Demonstrated success in remote work settings with self-structured accountability
Experience using a CRM or ATS is a plus (not required)
