Job Summary:
The Hotel Night Manager will ensure that the guest experience will reflect the core values and warm reception that the spirit of Indian Springs embodies. This position requires on-site supervision of the Hotel from 11 PM to 7:30 AM. As the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort, it is key that attention to detail and service standards are exemplary. The Hotel Night Manager will lead the front desk staff/Night Auditors in all client facing activities including check-in, check-out, billing issues, room requests and concerns.
Specific Skills Required
Strong decision-making ability
Friendly, energetic personality
Solid knowledge of hotel software and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm in stressful or emergency situations
Hotel front desk experience in a luxury setting
Must be available to work a variety of shifts, as needed
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in Opera desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
